GENERAL HANDS - CASUAL ROLES - POTENTIAL FOR PERMANENCY

Air Radiators is an award winning engineering firm, committed to the design and delivery of heat transfer and air movement solutions to domestic and export markets. The company has an outstanding record of strong and sustained growth, and a staff of over 180 at its Lara Headquarters.

With over 30 years experience and a continual focus on product development, quality maunufacturing and dedicated customer service, Air Radiators, design and manufactur customised industrial radiator systems for a vast range of markets including power generation, rail, mining and heavy truck.

Air Radiators is currently seeking some General Hands for Casual roles in its Operations area for Afternoon and Day Shift. This role may become permanent at some stage. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful customer focused organization.
 
The ideal candidate for the Casual General Hands roles will have the following:
 
  • Must have experience in working in a manufacturing environment,
  • General production process knowledge,
  • High degree of manual dexterity,
  • Ability to operate production machines, and
  • Ability to multiskill in other areas of the business if required.
 
You must also be a self starter able to work with a minimum of supervision and a desire to learn. 
 
  • The wages are in accordance with our Enterprise Agreement plus shift loadings where applicable (15% Shift allowance applies to the afternoon shift) and superannuation.
